Paul McGuire has been a senior project engineer for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) since 2006. The District is comprised of a collection system and three wastewater treatment plants serving one million customers across 62 communities in Northeast Ohio.
Paul is involved with instrumentation and controls (I&C) design and review for the District’s wastewater plants, pump stations, automated regulators and combined sewage overflow (CSO) storage tunnels now under construction. Paul also manages design projects and writes standards for the District.
He has over 30 years I &C experience in the wastewater, chemical process, hazardous waste remediation, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to NEORSD, he worked for a control system integrator, an engineering design firm, and a control system vendor.
He has a BSEET degree from Cleveland State University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio.
Paul is a senior member of ISA. He looks forward to serving again this year on the ISA WWAC Symposium program committee.
