In addition to having online registration for symposium attendees, we are pleased to announce that the PDF registration form is now available. This form, accompanied with the soon-to-be-released glossy symposium booklet, is perfect to show your employer when asking to attend the symposium. This form can also be used by your employer’s purchasing/accounting department to register you for the symposium. Space in the symposium is limited, so make sure to register early!
