Great news! With over 5 weeks go before the symposium, we already have over 100 people pre-registered! All our speakers are confirmed, the exhibitor hall is sold out, and we have an excellent batch of sponsors as part of the team.
With so many of our attendees pre-registering this early, we have increased the number of available “discounted hotel rooms” at the hotel.
We ask that if attendees have any difficulties registering their hotel room to please contact us, so we can help get it sorted out. Even if the hotel runs out of “sleeping rooms”, we have made arrangements with adjacent hotels to provide additional accommodations.
